Cinnfully Scrumptious Cinnamon Chicken

I know, I know, it sounds a bit odd, but believe me, everyone who has tried this recipe loves it. Apparently, in certain families fist fights have broken out over who gets the leftovers. Easy, fast, cheap and so delicious -- and it makes your house smell incredible!

12-15 boneless skinless chicken thighs
1 1/3 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 Tablespoon cinnamon
2 teaspoons ground ginger
1 teaspoon ground cloves or allspice
1/2 cup water

Optional ingredient:
package of Durkee sweet and sour seasoning mix.

Place chicken in slow cooker. Mix all ingredients in a measuring cup and pour over chicken.

Cook on low six to seven hours, or until chicken is tender and juices run clear.
I start this and don't peek even once until it's done.
Serve over rice.
